WE WILL:

1. Respect your home, pets, and privacy. Treat you and your pets with professionalism and kindness.
   
2. Dispose of pellet style, bio-degradable cat litter.
   
3. Provide the service that the customer has paid for on the scheduled day of service.
   
4. Dispose of all Waste in an environmentally friendly manner utilizing the local waste water treatment center.
   
5. Reserve the right to decline pick up or exchange of buckets/liners from customers who refuse to follow the "Service Guidelines"!

 

WE WILL NOT:

• Attempt to remove liners from the buckets that have been left uncovered allowing rain or snow to get inside the pail. Our liners/bags are not rated for the weight of water. Please follow the "Service Guidelines"!!!
  
• Pick up any buckets found to contain Plastics or Plastic Bags, Excess Gravel or Clay Base Cat Litter, Large Rocks, Sticks, Bark Mulch, Garbage or any other foreign non-biodegradable materials. We are a “Dog Waste Disposal Service” and do not utilize a landfill, POOP ONLY PLEASE !
  
• Dispose of Clay Base Cat Litter.
  
• Enter your yard if your pet is, or has, been aggressive, please keep aggressive dogs out of the yard on the day that you’re scheduled for service.
