We Reserve the Right to refuse pick up or exchange of buckets/liners found to contain plastics or plastic bags, excess gravel or clay base cat litter, large rocks, sticks, bark mulch, garbage or any other foreign non-biodegradable materials. We are a “Dog Waste Disposal Service” and do not utilize a landfill, Poop Only Please!

We Reserve the Right to decline pick up from customers who refuse to follow the "Service Guidelines"!  ie: "Exchange a Bag" customers, we may not attempt to remove liners from the buckets that have been left uncovered allowing rain or snow to get inside the pail. Our liners/bags are not rated for the weight of water & have burst when trying to remove liners containing water or snow. Please Keep Lid Secure On Bucket All Times!
